College Tuition Reimbursement Program

The management of Toot'n Totum wants to help you extend your education while working!

Toot’n Totum will reimburse 100% tuition at Amarillo College, West Texas A & M University, Wayland Baptist University and Frank Phillips College up to $1500.00 per calendar year.

Reimbursement will be at a rate of $750.00 per semester.

· To be eligible, employees must average 20 hours per week or more during the semester currently enrolled. 

· Employees must have a passing grade of “C” or better in all classes. 

· Employee must furnish proof of payment at the beginning of the semester and supply a copy of college transcripts at the end of the semester. 

· Employee must be employed and working with Toot’n Totum prior to the start of the semester and through the end of the semester.

· Courses that have been dropped during the semester will not be covered.  Payment will only be made after grades have been received. Reimbursement requests MUST BE submitted within 2 weeks of the end of the semester.
